WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
For all our clients, new items are available in the PREORDER option (advance purchase), where you can order the item in the desired color and size, with a production time of 7 working days. The delivery time begins after the PREORDER option ends.

We will deliver the ordered items according to the already defined delivery conditions, depending on the country you are ordering from. Before buying, find out about the conditions of delivery to the country to which you are ordering in the DELIVERY section.
When you make a purchase using this option, we cannot specify the exact delivery time, but delivery must be within the previously defined deadlines. NiaNave will not accept complaints on this basis.
PRE ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES BUT ARE SPECIALLY MADE FOR YOU UNDER THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AS A RESULT, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER THEM EARLY OR IN A DIFFERENT WAY THAN STATEMENT ABOVE!
