If an error is discovered in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to sell you the item at the incorrect price. The order will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded to you. You can then re-order the item at the correct price if you wish.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged or defective, we will inspect the item and determine whether we can issue a full refund, provide you with a replacement item, or repair the item, provided that:

1. to notify us of the defect by email as soon as you notice it.
2. The defect is a manufacturing error, not the result of misuse of the item.
3. then you return the damaged/defective goods to the address provided in our reply email within 7 working days of receiving that email; and
4. the returned items are unworn, unused, unmarked and in original condition with all original tags and the security strap/band still attached; and
5. all the packaging was returned to us.

The items are your responsibility until you return them to us. If we are satisfied that the items are damaged or faulty, we will reimburse you for the reasonable costs of returning the item to us. We have made every effort to provide accurate product information. However, due to the many different internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc., we cannot be held responsible for any difference in colour between the image and the item delivered to you. We will not be liable for any economic loss, loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special or indirect loss suffered or incurred by you.
