DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time for available items depends on the country to which the package is being sent. You can find delivery times by country/region below. An order is successful once it has been processed and confirmed by receiving a confirmation email with an order number at the email address provided during checkout. The order processing time is 1-2 business days. This is followed by the delivery time, depending on the country the package is being sent to.
These rules do not apply if you order a PRE-ORDER ITEM. The pre-order option has its own delivery terms.
Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and non-working days are not included in the delivery time.
During seasonal sales and new collection launches, delivery times may be temporarily extended; we kindly warn you of this in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
DELIVERY BY COUNTRY
Croatia and EU - 15 business days
Bosnia and Herzegovina – 24/48 hours from the moment of dispatch (except Neum)
Serbia and Montenegro – 7 business days
Delivery may be carried out in multiple shipments if the order contains several items.

- Croatia – €10.00
- Slovenia – €10.00
- EU (other countries) – from €10.00 to €15.00 (depending on destination)
- This does not apply to Cyprus and Malta, which are shipped via DHL at a delivery cost of €40.
- BiH – €5
- Serbia and Montenegro – €5
Free shipping is available for orders over €200.
Nia Nave no longer delivers to Norway, North Macedonia, Switzerland, and America due to administrative barriers.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Customs duties and taxes depend on the rules of the recipient's country. The customer is responsible for any additional costs that may arise during the customs process.
Customs duties are not charged for countries within the EU. Customs duties are not charged for Serbia.
Special customs territories, even if they are in the EU, are treated differently. They are considered third countries for customs purposes.

- Ceuta and Melilla
- Gibraltar
- Certain French overseas territories
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The customer is obligated to ensure that someone is available at the address to receive the shipment.
- In case of refusing a proper and undamaged shipment, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipping and return from the refund.
- We cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by customs procedures in the recipient's country.
Please ensure that you or someone you know is at your home or business address to receive your package.
You must ensure that you cover any incoming customs or tax duties if they occur upon sending to your destination address. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs inspection in the destination country.
Please do not refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries incur the cost of the original shipment and the cost of the return. Any refund will be reduced by the total cost of shipping and return in the case of refused deliveries.
We strive to deliver your package on time, but sometimes international deliveries take longer than expected.
