PRICES
The highlighted product prices are retail prices, include value added tax (VAT) and are expressed in convertible marks (KM/BAM).

ORDER
We ask customers to read the instructions for the ordering process on the Catwalk Internet Store in detail.
Due to the large number of orders placed simultaneously on the Catwalk Online Store, it may happen that the information on product availability does not correspond to the stock status. Catwalk will certainly do everything to avoid such situations and not last long.
Catwalk will take all necessary measures and engage all possible resources in order to fulfill the delivery of the ordered product in a timely manner while respecting all measures adopted by the competent authorities and which measures may be in force at the time of delivery of the ordered products. We believe that customers also respect all such orders and behave in this way when delivering products. If this is not the case, Catwalk reserves the right not to make the delivery.
Catwalk does not guarantee that all products can be available to Customers at all times. In the event that Catwalk does not have the ordered product available, or for other reasons cannot deliver the ordered goods, or if it has changed the price, Catwalk will inform the customer about this and offer him the opportunity to purchase a product on the Catwalk Internet store that is available for delivery and which is closest in terms of its characteristics to the product that cannot be delivered, as well as offer the Customer the purchase of that product at a different price. If the customer has made the payment and does not want to use the option of buying another offered product, Catwalk will refund the amount paid to the customer as soon as possible, and later within 15 days from the day the customer received information about the impossibility of delivery.
Catwalk is under no circumstances liable to the Customers for any damage suffered if an order cannot be fulfilled.

SALE
Catwalk will periodically, at its discretion, put certain products on special sale.
These products will be available under the same conditions to all Customers.
The conditions of the special sale will be described in detail, especially the duration of the special sale, the limit of the quantity of goods, the amount of the discount, etc.
After the expiration of the promotional sale period, Catwalk will not accept new orders under the conditions related to the expired promotional sale.
WRITTEN COMPLAINTS, NOTICES, COMPLAINTS
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can submit a complaint to the Catwalk online shop support team as follows:

If it accepts your complaint about a defect in the product delivered to you, Catwalk may, at your option, replace the product with another suitable product or remove the defects in the product at our expense.
In order to avoid possible misunderstandings, Catwalk recommends its Customers to do the following when picking up the goods:
- review the characteristics of the products listed in the offer on the Catwalk Internet Store when choosing a product;
- do not pick up the product if the packaging is damaged and the delivery person draws attention to the damage to the packaging and requests that the product be returned to Catwalk, because otherwise it is considered that you have picked up the product with undamaged packaging;

Payment in this way can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards.
