We regret that you are considering a return. However, we thank you for your trust and want to provide clear and transparent information about product returns and exchanges.
REFUND
Refunds are made exclusively for items purchased through our webshop or Instagram account, and for orders within Croatia and the European Union .
Refunds can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery . Items purchased in a physical store can be exchanged for another product or a voucher of the same amount issued within 7 days from the date of purchase .
RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned to original condition , unused , undamaged Shoo unchanged markings .

Clothing must not have any signs of wear, stains, odors (perfumes, deodorants), cosmetic residue or pet hair.

The buyer is obliged to return the item to our address. Upon receipt of the goods and successful verification of their correctness, the refund will be made within 14 days .
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

Items purchased on sale, sale or with used coupons are not subject to the right to return or exchange.

Certain product categories, such as swimwear , are not acceptable for return for hygiene reasons.

Product returns are not possible if more than 14 days from delivery . Items sent after this period may be returned at the buyer's expense.
COMPLAINTS
In case the delivered item defective or damaged , please contact us within 7 days from receipt of the shipment. Upon confirmation of the complaint, the cost of return is borne by the seller.
SUBSTITUTIONS
You can exchange the item within 7 days from receipt for another product in the same price range or with an additional charge.
In the case of an exchange due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. In the case of justified complaints , replacement and associated costs are borne by us.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The buyer has the legal right to unilateral termination of the contract concluded at a distance , without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery .

We will process the refund no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, provided the product has been returned.

The customer bears the return shipping cost, except in the case of a justified complaint.
Note: The customer is responsible for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from improper handling of the item.
