DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time for available items depends on which country the package is going to. Below you can find delivery times by country/region. The delivery period begins after the order has been placed and confirmed by receiving a confirmation email with the order number to the email you left when placing the order. These rules do not apply if you order a PRE-ORDER ITEM. The pre-order option has its own delivery conditions.
Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and non-working days are not included in the delivery time.
During periods of seasonal sales and new collection launches, delivery times may be temporarily extended, which we kindly inform you of in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
DELIVERY BY COUNTRIES
Croatia and EU - 15 working days
Bosnia and Herzegovina – 24/48 hours from the moment of sending (except Neum)
Serbia and Montenegro – 7 working days
Delivery may be made in multiple shipments if the order contains multiple items.

Free shipping is available for orders over €200 .
Nia Nave no longer ships to Norway, Macedonia, Switzerland and America due to administrative obstacles.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Customs duties and taxes depend on the rules of the recipient country. The buyer is responsible for any additional costs that may arise in the customs procedure.
Customs duties are not charged for countries within the EU.
Countries outside the EU require mandatory customs clearance.
Special customs territories, although they are in the EU, are treated differently. They are considered third countries for customs purposes.

- Canary Islands (Spain)
- Ceuta and Melilla
- Gibraltar
- Some overseas territories of France
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the address to pick up the shipment.
- In case of rejection of an orderly and undamaged shipment, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by the amount of the shipping and return costs.
- We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs procedures in the recipient country.
Please ensure that you or someone you know is at your home or business address to receive your package.
You should ensure that you cover any incoming customs or tax charges if they are incurred when shipping to your destination address. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Please do not refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries incur the cost of the original delivery and the cost of the return. Any refund will be reduced by the total cost of delivery and return in the event of refused deliveries.
We strive to deliver your package on time, but sometimes international deliveries take longer than expected.
