Does Nia Nave make custom-made clothing?

All our items are designed and produced in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We do not accept individual made-to-measure orders. Our production is serial.

What does a PRE ORDER purchase mean at Nia Nave?

We strive to base our production on environmentally friendly standards. Our goal is to produce exactly what you want to own at a given moment. We listen to your requests and offer a PRE-ORDER option. This is a purchase in advance — those items are not physically in stock; we make them for you after you complete the purchase. This option always has special terms, such as production and delivery time, and always offers a discount. All rules are clearly stated next to the active PRE ORDER option — please read them before purchasing.

Can PRE ORDER items arrive earlier than the planned date?

It is possible that items will be ready and delivered earlier than the planned date. However, we cannot guarantee earlier delivery because the items are not physically in stock. We recommend planning your purchase if you use this option.

How can I pay for PRE-ORDER items — cash or card?

Yes. In our stores in Sarajevo and Podgorica, you can pay for PRE-ORDER items in cash, while on the web shop only card payments are available.

Which items are available for PRE ORDER?

Only selected items are available with this option and for a limited period of time. Only then, and only those items, can be purchased via PRE ORDER.

What clothing sizes does Nia Nave offer?

All our items come in sizes from 34 (XS) to 44 (XXL).

How do returns and exchanges work at Nia Nave?

We offer different return or exchange options depending on the country you are sending from. All information can be found in the Returns and Exchanges section.

Does Nia Nave refund shipping costs?

Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the issue occurred due to our error. Return fees are also non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. These fees vary depending on the country you are returning items from.

How can I cancel an order in the Nia Nave web shop?

You can cancel your order before we dispatch it. Once the shipment has been sent, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us using the details in the Contacts section.

Is Nia Nave's delivery time guaranteed?

The delivery time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. It can be affected by factors beyond our control. If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date stated in the delivery terms, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I return an item purchased online from Nia Nave?

Within Croatia and the EU, return items using the form included with the parcel, to the indicated address. The item must be in its original condition. For returns within Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia, please contact us at +387 61 621 440.

When are Nia Nave products restocked?

Our production creates new and popular items every day. Sign up for restock notifications by following these steps:

Items from the outlet category are unlikely to be restocked.

How do I choose the right Nia Nave size?

We recommend choosing the size you usually wear. We use standard European sizes unless otherwise stated in the product description. The size guide is available at the bottom of the page and on each product page.
