DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery period for items available in branches is from 2 to 20 working days , unless the customer is previously informed of a different period. The delivery period begins after the credit card payment authorization has been completed and confirmed.
Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and non-working days are not included in the delivery time.
During periods of seasonal sales and new collection launches, delivery times may be temporarily extended, which we kindly inform you of in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
DELIVERY BY COUNTRIES
Croatia and EU - 20 working days
Bosnia and Herzegovina – within 24 hours of dispatch (except Neum)
Serbia and Montenegro – up to 7 business days
United States – 3–5 business days
Delivery may be made in multiple shipments if the order contains multiple items.
DELIVERY METHOD
- GLS Croatia – all deliveries in Croatia and the EU
- DHL – certain international shipments
- X Express – deliveries in Bosnia and Herzegovina
- State post office - Serbia and Montenegro
Customers will receive an email/SMS notification with the exact delivery date and timeframe.

Free shipping is available for orders over €250 .
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Customs duties and taxes depend on the rules of the recipient country. The buyer is responsible for any additional costs that may arise in the customs procedure. Countries considered customs destinations include: Andorra, Cyprus, Montenegro, Denmark, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican City and Great Britain.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the address to pick up the shipment.
- In case of rejection of an orderly and undamaged shipment, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by the amount of the shipping and return costs.
- We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs procedures in the recipient country.

DELIVERY TIME
In the Republic of Croatia, your order will be delivered to your address within 24 hours of being sent, or the next business day on the Croatian mainland, islands connected by road, and other islands according to a special schedule. (table below)
Delivery time for the Republic of Slovenia is 1-2 business days from the time of shipment.
You will receive an email/SMS notification of the arrival of the package on the day the label is created and on the day of delivery with the exact time interval.
Delivery time for the rest of the European Union is 5-6 business days from the time of dispatch.
If you are ordering within Bosnia and Herzegovina, your order will be delivered to your address within 24 hours from the moment of dispatch, except for Neum.
If you are ordering within Serbia or Montenegro, your order will be delivered to your address within 7 working days from the moment of dispatch.
Delivery time to America is 3-5 business days.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
Customs duties and taxes required prior to delivery may be subject to additional costs, and this solely depends on the rules that your country has defined with the Republic of Croatia, and we cannot influence this.
NOTE: Customs destinations for sending packages from Croatia are: Andorra, Cyprus, Montenegro, Denmark, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican and Great Britain.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
GLS General Logistics Systems Croatia doo handles all our deliveries in Croatia and the European Union.
We also work with DHL to send certain deliveries.
X Express handles all our deliveries in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
If you order within Serbia and Montenegro, the delivery will arrive via the state post.
Please ensure that you or someone you know is at your home or work address to receive your package.
You should ensure that you cover any incoming customs or tax charges if they are incurred when shipping to your destination address. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
Please do not refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries incur the cost of the original delivery and the cost of the return. Any refund will be reduced by the total cost of delivery and return in the event of refused deliveries.
We strive to deliver your shipment on time, but sometimes international deliveries take longer than expected.
