Does Nia Nave make custom clothes?

All our items are designed and produced in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We do not work on individual orders. Our production is serial.

What does PRE ORDER shopping at Nia Nava mean?

We want our production to be based on ecologically acceptable standards. Our goal is to produce exactly what you want to own at a certain moment. We listen to your requests and offer a PRE ORDER option. It's an advance purchase - we don't have these items physically, but we make them for you after you make the purchase. This option always has special conditions, such as the deadline for production, delivery, etc., and always enables a certain discount. All rules are clearly highlighted with the active PRE ORDER option - read them before buying.

Can PRE ORDER clothing arrive earlier than expected?

There is a possibility that the items will be ready and delivered earlier than the scheduled time. However, we cannot guarantee earlier delivery as we do not physically own the items. We advise you to plan your shopping if you use this option.

How to pay for PRE ORDER items – cash or card?

It can. In our stores in Sarajevo and Podgorica, you can pay for PRE-ORDER items in cash, while only the card payment option is available on the web shop.

What items are available for PRE ORDER?

Not. Only certain items are available with this option and for a limited time. Only then and only those items can you buy with the PRE ORDER option.

What clothing sizes does Nia Nave offer?

All our items come in sizes from 34 (XS) to 44 (XXL).

How does the return and exchange of Nia Nava clothing work?

We offer different return or exchange options depending on the country you are shipping from. You can find all the information in the Return and exchange section.

Does Nia Nave refund postage costs?

Postage cannot be refunded unless the problem was caused by our fault. Return fees are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. These fees vary depending on the country you are returning the items from.

How to cancel an order in the Nia Nave webshop?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us using the information in the Contacts section.

Is Nia Nava's delivery time guaranteed?

Delivery time is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed. It can be influenced by factors over which we have no influence. If the order does not arrive by the expected delivery date specified in the delivery conditions, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I return an item purchased online from Nia Nava?

Within Croatia and the EU, you return the items with the form you receive with the shipment, to the indicated address. Item must be in original condition. For returns within Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia, contact us at +387 61 621 440.

When are Nia Nave products restocked?

Our production facility produces new and popular items every day. Sign up for restock notifications by following these steps:

  • Find the desired item
  • Select a size and color that are out of stock
  • Click the Out of stock - notify me button
  • Enter your email address.

Items from the outlet category will probably not be available again.

How to choose the right size of Nia Nava clothing?

We recommend choosing the size you normally wear. We use standard European sizes, unless otherwise stated in the item description. A size guide is available at the bottom of the page and on each product page.

Why was my card declined when purchasing in the Nia Nave webshop?

What to do if the item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us at info@nianave.com with a description of the problem, order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will suggest the best solution.

What to do if an item from the order is missing?

Items may arrive in different packages and at different times. Please check your email for notifications and, if necessary, contact us with your order details.

What should I do if the item is damaged after wearing it?

Contact us by e-mail with the order number, photos of the damage and the desired solution (replacement or refund). The decision will depend on the assessment of the condition of the item.

Why doesn't the discount code work in the Nia Nave webshop?

Check if the code has expired, if only one discount is being used, and if the item meets the requirements.
